VINEYARD-TO-TABLE IMMERSION

Summer | Member Exclusive

Experience the distinct energy of the Seven Apart estate at its summer peak. This exclusive, whole-day immersion begins among the vines with Head Winemaker Morgan Maurèze, where guests walk the vineyard blocks and explore the unique microclimates that shape each vintage.

From there, the day moves to the table, where a chef-prepared dinner highlights the season’s finest local ingredients. It’s a rare opportunity to experience Seven Apart, from the lands that breed our craft to the Private Collective who celebrates it together.

The Vineyard-to-Table Immersion is limited to 20 guests.

GOLDEN HOUR HARVEST GATHERINGS

Fall | Member Exclusive

There is a singular moment during the harvest season when the light hits the Stags Ridge vineyard just right, softening across the estate with the valley stretching endlessly below. Each fall, we host sunset harvest gatherings reserved for select Private Collective members.

Pairing the radiance of Napa’s golden hour with exclusive tastings of future releases, each evening is designed to celebrate one of the most important moments at Seven Apart while showcasing the estate’s stunning beauty.

The Golden Hour Harvest Gathering is limited to 60 guests.

BARREL TASTINGS

Multiple Events November through April | Member Exclusive

We invite a select circle of collectors to an intimate tasting session with Seven Apart Head Winemaker Morgan Maurèze. In addition to sampling futures straight from the barrel, Private Collective members also get an exclusive glimpse inside the winemaker’s craft, as Morgan showcases how subtle adjustments shape the character of a wine long before it reaches the bottle.

For those who want a deeper understanding of the alchemy of a great Cabernet, The Blending & Barrel Experience offers an exclusive insider’s look into the science, intuition, and artistry that define each Seven Apart vintage.

The Barrel Tasting experience is held monthly from November through April and is limited to 8 guests. Each event is announced in advance via email to our members.

CELLAR TASTINGS

Dates Announced to Members | Member Exclusive

Providing a rare window into our cellar, these exclusive gatherings allow guests to rediscover vintage Seven Apart selections from years past. Because only a few cases of these wines remain, each event represents a singular chance to taste what is otherwise out of reach and witness the ongoing evolution of the estate’s history.
